SHAPE DIMENSIONS AND STYLES
All our products are made and designed to a very high standard. There might be slight variances in shape, size and colouring between batches of shapes and within batches. All measurements are approximate and may vary slightly within a tolerance of +/- 10%. We reserve the right to change measurements and descriptions of items at any time.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

We undertake never to transfer any of your details supplied to us to a third party.
We will always fulfil your order as quickly as possible. Stock items usually despatched within 1-2 working days. Special item usually despatched within 3 – 5 working days.
NB: Where a personalised or special design has to be made to order please allow up to 14 working days.

Your custom and satisfaction is very important to us. All our items are produced to a very high standard. If however you are not satisfied and that your item is in damaged or has a manufacturing fault or any other problems with the order please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your order so we can deal with any issues as soon as possible. You may need to return the item in line with our returns policy explaining the fault and we will replace or refund as requested.
PLEASE NOTE: The items being returned must be in their original condition which they arrived to you.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, simply return the item to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the item/s. Please note that any item returned must be in its original condition. You can return your item by post. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage costs (Original postage paid or postage paid to return items to us) unless your item is faulty under the terms of our quality guarantee.

Personalised items are non returnable unless there is a fault made by us or damage caused in transit. Please check all information about products before ordering, if you are unsure about any information then please contact us before purchasing. It is advised that you order samples of personalised items before planning large orders to guarantee you are happy with the design before committing to large orders.
